It is with great pleasure that we introduce ourselves to you as the new owners and managers of the Baltimore Harborview Marine Center, LLC which was formerly known as the Harborview Marina.
Harborview Marina has been purchased by a group of investors that currently own, operate and manage several marine facilities in the Baltimore Harbor and Fort Lauderdale. In addition, they operate a service yard and heliport on Clinton Street. Our management staff for these facilities, and the staff which we will provide you, have extensive knowledge of the marina industry and marina operations. It is our intent to develop the Baltimore Harborview Marine Center, LLC into a premier marina in the Baltimore Inner Harbor. In order to accomplish this, we have earmarked 1-1.4 million dollars for improvements over the next year. Under the guidance of your new Marina Manager Mr. Ben Ayres, Office Manager Ms. Lisa Wolinski, the Chief Operating Office Mr. Dan Naor, and the Chief Executive Officer Dr. Selvin Passen, we are confident that we will achieve our goal.
